Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite underwhelming. While the room was clean and I appreciated the late check-out, the overall service and amenities were lacking. The policies regarding complimentary water were frustrating, and the inflexible shuttle service made my departure stressful. Dining options were also limited during my visit, and quality didn't meet expectations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as there are surely better options nearby.
My stay at the Nirwana Resort Hotel was quite disappointing. While the room was clean and I appreciated the late check-out, the lack of complimentary water on the last day felt petty. The shuttle service was rigid and unaccommodating, along with limited dining options during our visit. Considering these factors, I can't say I would recommend this hotel over others on the island.
The resort has a stunning location and spacious facilities, but the overall experience falls short due to poor service and high prices for food and amenities. The rooms are decent but don’t deliver the expected luxury at the price point. Internet connectivity is a significant issue, making it hard for digital nomads. While breakfast shows promise, the rest of the dining options leave much to be desired.
I was really looking forward to my stay at the resort, but it ended up being quite disappointing. The location is nice and has potential, but the service and dining left a lot to be desired. The facilities are underwhelming, and the pricing feels excessive for the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend this spot unless they make some significant improvements.
